Glory be to Jesus Christ! Glory be for ever!

The promise of the Holy Spirit is fulfilled. The birth of the Church is now realized. Living in the Holy Trinity, we now realize who we are, the children of God. So let us be that. Living in the Holy Trinity, we now realize what we are to do, His will. So let us do it. From now on the weeks are counted as "weeks after Pentecost". We will journey within the Liturgical Year from now till next November when we enter again into the preparation for Christmas called the St. Philip's Fast. During this time we will be greeted with many feast days such as Christ's Transfiguration on Aug. 6, the dormition of the mother of God on Aug. 15, Saints Peter and Paul on June 29 and the the beginning of our Liturgical year on Sept. 1. Every year our personal faith journey, our relationship with Jesus and our education by the church should build upon the previous years. Let us grow in God. Let us take pains to see the image of Christ in ourselves and in each other. Let us for ever journey into our intended likeness of God. Go be holy and don't settle for nothing less.

Glory be to Jesus Christ! Glory be for ever!
